1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1.5. "Site User (hereinafter "User")" means a person accessing the Site via the Internet.
1.1.6. "Cookies" - is a small piece of data, sent by a web-server and stored on a user's computer, which a web-client or a web-browser sends to a web-server in an HTTP-request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP address" - the unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 By familiarizing with the terms of this policy and ticking a box under the link to this policy is a written consent of the User to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User shall:

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SIDES
7.1 The Website Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the losses, which the User has incurred due to the unauthorized use of the personal data, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases, provided by the items. 5.2, 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not responsible, if this confidential information
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.
7.2.3. Has been disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before going to court to resolve disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve the dispute).
8.2 The Recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of its consideration in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be transferred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1 The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
